Refund policy
Cancellation, returns and damage claims
If your order is cancelled, CARVINGS will refund the payment received for the cancelled order. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
For international orders, if you decline the shipping quotation before production starts, your product payment will be refunded. Made-to-order production begins only after the shipping quotation has been accepted and paid.
To request a return, contact CARVINGS for assessment. Damage and defect claims are assessed separately from change-of-mind return requests. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the item and any damage, and photographs of the packaging. Retain the packaging while the claim is assessed and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

الإلغاء والمرتجعات ومطالبات التلف
في حالة إلغاء طلبك، سترد CARVINGS المبلغ المدفوع للطلب الملغى. تعتمد مدة معالجة الاسترداد على مزود الدفع والبنك الخاص بك.
للطلبات الدولية، إذا رفضت عرض تكلفة الشحن قبل بدء التصنيع، سيتم رد المبلغ المدفوع للمنتجات. لا يبدأ تصنيع المنتجات حسب الطلب إلا بعد قبول عرض الشحن وسداد قيمته.
لطلب إرجاع منتج، يرجى التواصل معنا لتقييم الحالة. يتم تقييم مطالبات التلف أو العيوب بشكل منفصل عن طلبات الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي. يرجى إرسال رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج والتلف والتغليف، والاحتفاظ بالتغليف أثناء تقييم المطالبة، والتواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.
